Our inspection will focus on identifying any “major” building items of concern that may lead to costly repairs or rectification works. Our attention and focus is placed on three primary categories, consisting of structural integrity, water and moisture (ingress and egress) and timber pest attack (termites, wood borers, etc).
In the event any of these items are identified and classed defective or present then this will allow you the opportunity to talk with the sales agent in getting the issue(s) sorted or negotiating a better price in lieu of the items found or ultimately, provide you an opportunity to withdraw from a contact and pursue other properties.
